The Eastern Region is seeking a summer operations intern. The elevator service market is constantly changing and the chosen candidate will help implement tools and tracking that will allow the Operations Department to drive our teams to meet new reporting metrics. This is a paid internship position. The intern will assist and support our operations department in developing a tracking mechanism that will measure the adoption of change management and service transformation. The primary responsibilities of this position will be collating data, creating reports and analyzing statistics relative to iPhone/iPad app usage, Telematics monitoring, OCost tracking, PUI completion, and other duties as assigned by the Regional Field Operations Managers. Other projects will include small project management, presentation preparation and field visits depending on the interns’ skills and experience.

Qualification: Candidates must be motivated self-starters and must be detailed oriented. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is a must. Must have excellent computer and excel skills.
Education: Candidate must currently be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree. Emphasis in business, construction management or engineering is preferred, but not required. Candidates must be motivated self-starters, have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated to create new customer relationships.
