Specific responsibilities for this position include:
  • Provide advice and counsel to senior leaders and managers to optimize employee engagement, team development, and organization effectiveness.
  • Lead recruitment efforts with a focus on bringing in diverse talent and building a talent pipeline
  • Design, develop and manage human resources projects and programs related to compensation, performance management, employee development, HR analysis and planning and organization transformation.
  • Manage key HR processes, including annual salary planning, incentive design and review, leadership development review, and headcount and employment cost planning.
  • Identify employee relations issues; recommend and implement solutions
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives
  • Compile and analyze Human Resources metrics, develop strategies to respond to trends in data
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies
  • 5+ years of exempt level Human Resources generalist experience supporting professional employees
  • Experience with sales incentive compensation design and administration preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with senior executive leaders
  • Ability to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated aptitude to recruit in a low cost fashion; can effectively use online recruitment tools
  • Knowledge of human resource practices and policies, and applicable state and federal laws
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Education information
  • BA/BS degree with 6-10+ years experience
  • MA/MS degree with 4-7+ years experience
